There are several factors that affect the walking performance of track chain: the running resistance of ground to track refers to the running resistance caused by ground deformation, which is related to the specific pressure of track grounding, the position of vehicle centroid and ground conditions. Internal resistance mainly refers to the walking resistance caused by the friction inside the excavator undercarriage for sale. General crawler walking mechanism is composed of driving mechanism, crawler belt, roller, guide wheel, sprocket or chain plate. When walking, the friction between these mechanisms will definitely produce certain internal resistance. There are also slope resistance, wind resistance, inertia resistance and so on, which will have an impact on the track chain.
Track plates are designed to make track roller excavators adapt to different terrains. Different track plates have different numbers of ground gripping teeth. Generally speaking, excavators use three-tooth track plate, while bulldozers use single-tooth track plate. Track plates with different widths can be selected according to different terrains and machine weights. Many track plates of the carrier roller excavator are made of heat-treated steel plates, so they have great wear resistance, can bear great weight and have a long service life.
The tooth shape of the sprocket must ensure that the chain can enter and exit the meshing smoothly and energy-saving, minimize the impact and contact stress of the chain links during meshing, and be easy to process. Idler gear refers to a gear that plays a transmission role between two transmission gears that are not in contact with each other, and meshes with the two gears at the same time, which is used to change the rotating direction of the driven gear and make it the same as the driving gear. The function of excavator track idler is only to change the steering and not the transmission ratio.

Tracks and supporting rollers will use proper castings, precise treatment and induction quenching, so they have great wear resistance, which not only prolongs the service life of undercarriage excavator parts, but also ensures that they can wear evenly.
