How to Load the Excavator Easily and Quickly?

Excavator loading looks very simple, that is to excavate and load the materials such as earth and stone into the dump excavator truck bucket. But that simple set of actions can make a huge difference in the efficiency and fuel economy of a product. If the operation mode is selected improperly, it will even cause safety accidents, so we have to be careful.

According to different scenes, there are generally three ways of excavator loading: flat loading, high platform loading and low position loading. Loading on the high platform is the simplest while loading on the low position is the most difficult.

The High Platform Loading

When loading and unloading on the high platform, the caterpillar excavator is high and the dump truck is low. This way is labor-saving, fuel saving, efficient. In the way of high platform loading, the most important thing is to repair the platform in time, so that the height of the platform and the dump truck is the same. At the same time, the position should be adjusted in real time to ensure a certain distance between the two. During excavators with bucket operation, attention should be paid to the caterpillar track, the body stopping, and the platform used for backing up should be cleaned up in advance.

The Ground Loading

When loading and unloading on the ground, the teeth bucket excavators and the dumper truck are in the same plane. Choosing a good location is very important. First of all, the bucket excavators and the dump truck should be parallel and have a safe distance to ensure that the dump truck will not be scraped in the case of rotation. Secondly, adjust the loading and unloading distance. When the angle between the big arm and the small arm is 100°, it meets the loading and unloading requirements. Moreover, the dump truck should be parked in front or left front, track roller excavators always maintain a minimum or small rotation angle operation, to achieve the purpose of fuel saving and high efficiency.

Low Loading

When loading in the low position, the dump truck is on the ground and the track link excavator is in the low place. Low level loading is common in excavation of foundation, dredging and other working conditions. When the line of sight is poor, loading and unloading situation is difficult to judge, the safety operation risk is large, or the operator's operation ability and judgment need to be tested, the position loading method is usually chosen. Loading in this way, the large hitch lift arm should be raised as far as possible when loading, so that the material is evenly scattered. After the material is filled, the material in the carriage can be bulldozed with the bucket.
